I am a black female working in a department were the manager is a young white male. The department is a small one
were their 3 empolyee per shift. I work with two african native male. Which their no supervision on our shift. I have been physically and emotional harm .By these two male that when I approach my manager with it. He totally ignore me. That I took it to the union and they talk to my manager and nothing still having been done to these to men. I have had equitment push into me. That cause me to have a contussion to my knee.
I am a survivor from breast cancer. That one of the african male find out about my illness and start making fun of it to me. I spoke to my union again and we went back to my manager. My manager admitted that the african male did admit that he was making fun of me. Of course nothing was done to this men. That he continue to harass me and do phyical harm. I do need my job and I love what I do. Its just two african native men disrespect me as woman and a human being. I do not wish to have someone lose their job. I just want this to stop, the manager and the union to do their job. thank you. |
